AS PART OF THE INDO-FRENCH FESTIVAL, THE INDO-FRENCH CULINARY WEEK (FOOD FESTIVAL) WILL STARTS ON MONDAY, 17TH MARCH 2014 AT 07.00 P.M. IN BEACH ROAD ALLIANCE FRANCAISE (MAISON COLOMBANI)

For celebrating the 125th year of the Alliance Francaise Pondicherry, in association with The Department of Tourism Puducherry, French Embassy India and Navayuga Consultancy Pondicherry Organizing the Indo-French Festival 2014 for the people of Pondicherry and the tourist people. As part of the festival, The Indo-French Culinary Week starts in selected restaurants in pondicherry with the special collections of the Indian and French Food on 17th March 2014, 7.00 pm at Beach Road Alliance Francaise (Maison Colombani). The Hotel de L’Orient, La Maison Rose, Ocean Spray, Satsanga, Villa Shanti, Café de Flore are the selected hotels having the special collections of Indo-French foods up to 23rd March 2014.

Indo-French Food Festival which will bring together people and chefs to create the most appetizing project aimed at feeding a curious audience of tasters. Food has always been loved by all, and culinary art today is also termed as an art of the senses. Recreating the bistro with a Indian and French theme and unique ambience it will give people the real feel of the extravagance of Indian and French food. This program will be held at a few selected restaurants in Pondicherry which already reflects the aura of authentic French cuisine amidst one of the most beautiful, resplendent, colonial heritage townships on the sea front. The setting is ideal for such an artistic and invigorating theme.
