Abish Mathew is one of the most versatile content creators in the country today, and one of the most recognizable and beloved by audiences. As a stand-up comedian, he has performed over a 1000 shows across India and the world. His global performances include appearing at the prestigious New York Comedy Club (USA), Lafflines (Canada) and the Utrecht International Comedy Festival (Holland). Being one of the first YouTube stars (he started his channel in 2007!), he has close to 30 million views on that platform alone. These videos include sketches, stand-up, and of course, his hit talk-show, Son of Abish, which has featured stars like AIB, Vishal Dadlani, Kanan Gill, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Badshah, Taapsee Pannu, Shibani Dandekar, Cyrus Broacha, Vir Das and more over two seasons. He is a seasoned compere and host as well – he was the host of the 2016 YouTube FanFest in Mumbai.

Taking musical comedy to another level, his collaboration with fellow Mallu comedian Kenny Sebastian, A+K, has enthralled audiences – including at the country’s biggest multi-genre music festival, Bacardi NH7 Weekender.

He has created content for several brands, including Breezer Vivid and ads for Netflix. He is equally adept behind the camera – he directed Kenny Sebastian’s hour-long Amazon Prime special and has done several jingles and voice-overs for brands across industries.
