With plenty of time to enjoy solitude and explore your inner reflections, this retreat will be a facilitated experience designed to help you connect to nature, each other and your self at a deeper level and draw inspiration from the abundant beauty of life all around us. Using group processes, poetry, nature walks, guided meditations, craft making and sharing circles, experienced facilitators will take you through an experience to cherish.
