Here i m ready to share my recipe for the Momos you love.
Workshop will last about 3hrs including cooking time

You will learn :
- how to make ideal dough
- how to make perfect roll
- options of stuffing/filling
- 2 Momo designs or shape as you call it
- recipe for 2 different sauce

At the end of workshop we will share the cooked momos and i will give suggestions and/or feedback. Remaining momos can be packed for to share at your home :)

Workshop will include all material required for cooking and takeaway box + recipe by email.
But do bring an apron if you like.
