On Monday 24th April at 5 pm, there will be a screening in the conference hall of the IFP of a documentary entitled "Kakkoos" that deals with the issue of manual scavenging in India (Tamil Nadu).

The documentary is in Tamil with English subtitles. It is of a 1 hour and 48 minutes duration.

Mr. M. Kannan, researcher at the Indology Department of the IFP, will provide an introduction to this documentary and place it in its context. The screening will be followed by discussions.
