BELLY DANCE CRASH COURSE PART 1
The syllabus of beginners course has been divided into two parts. 4hrs Crash course will take you through first part of this syllabus.

Part one:

Belly dance essentials with flowy movements of Egyptian style
accents of drum solo which concentrates on ab control
series of drills to improve the Belly dance technique posture and styling.
shimmy layering, upper & lower body isolation.
full fledged choreography of Oriental style ( classical style of Belly-dance)

This crash course will also cover a musicality section of how to choreograph and identify the music for beginner level.

BONUS : Pilates exercise section to practice on a regular basis, to tone your ab and oblique and build your core strength.
