The two hours Contemporary Dance Workshop is to give you little intro for those who are new to this dance form and a progressive CLASS for past participants, to this elaborate and expressive dance.

“The Workshop will start by preparing the body with a nice warp up.
The second phase of workshop will commence with search of our sensations through different dynamic and movement qualities.
This will lead us to explore our physical capacities to move into a poetic and expressive universe.”
