REGULATION:

All the contestants must register 3 days prior to the event.

An entry fee of Rs.50/- per person is chargeable.

Each contestant is given a unique number, and he/she is identified as it.

Interchanging or losing the unique number results in disqualification.

Age category should fall between 14-50 on or before 2016.

In case if the contestant is found in fraudulent activities, he/she shall be disqualified from the event by the organization.

A medical team and amenities are found throughout the marathon.

Any contestants who are late to the event are disqualified.

The cut-off time for the event is 2 hours.
Organizers have the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records.

Even though we undertake to see the medical backup throughout the event, it is the participants risk to take part in the marathon and the organisers are not responsible for any problems.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notice to the participant, in which case such cancellation will be informed to the participant before race day. If the event has to be cancelled due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organizer and which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event including but not limited to force majeure, there shall be no refund of fees paid and the organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or inconvenience caused arising of the cancellation.

Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no refund for whatsoever reason.

The organizer reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entry without giving any reason and notice.

The organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes, discrepancies or complaint arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

The organizer reserve the right to cancel, vary and/or add any race category without giving prior notice.

A participant who commences to run before the starting time of his/her registered race will be disqualified.
Participants who do not start within 15 minutes from respective flag off will be disqualified and for safety reasons may not be allowed to start.

All prize-winning participants are required to produce their supporting documents on verification of identity in order to collect prize money.

All finishers who have successfully completed the events within respective category’s cut-off time will receive a certificate of participation.
