BOB is a premier amateur cycling team based out of India and the acronym stands for Babes On Bikes & Boys On Bikes. Bridging fun & fitness through cycling is their chief motto.

Manned by a group of 3 Ladies Nina Reddy, Preethi Thiagharajan & Vibha Jaggi, BOB set off on their first ride on May 24th, 2015 in Chennai City.
"There is an attitude that you have on a bike,". says Preethi who is the captain of the group "You feel like a kid again."

Pondy Polam is scheduled for Feb 7th 2016, an unprecendented ride for the BOB team who have not attempted 100 kms before, a daunting task, over ravaged roads and highways with no streetlights, a feeling of friendship, of riding in a group together to reach a much anticipated goal, and a deep knowledge that they are saving the planet one cycle ride at a time. And of course the party celebration at Pondy once the ride gets completed.

BOB cycling group is a brilliant community of multi-faceted cycling enthusiasts. This socially inclined tribe meets regularly and supports each other in their journeys to make a strong positive impact on the world they inhabit.
