TERMS & CONDITIONS

• On obtaining this pass, the pass holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the venue and voluntarily assumes all the risks
• Alcohol will be served to patrons above the age of 18 strictly.
• Family package should specifically include Two Adults (Above 18 years) & Two Kids (Below 18 years) only. Packages bought without following the same ratio shall not be entertained at the venue.
• The management has put all efforts to keep all rides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to technical/repairs and maintenance/electricity or power failure.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• For security reasons, the organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on any member of audience at any point during the event.
• Parking is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizers will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicles.
• No refund in any form will be applicable if any or all of the artists are unable to deliver performance as declared for any reason whatsoever.
• There will be no refund on a purchased ticket even in case of any rescheduling/ change of venue.
• TREAT 2016 reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this pass for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming any illegal substances at the event will be immediately handed over to the police.
• Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory language, unruly language or any unruly or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated at the event.
• The organizers may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.
• The holder of the ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to confiscation or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• For stolen or lost tickets, duplicate tickets will not be issued.
• Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
• By Purchasing tickets offline or online it is assumed that all above Terms and Conditions are agreeable.
