The 2nd Puducherry International Kite Festival organized by the Pondicherry Tourism Department in association with Kite Life Foundation will be held at the Uppalam Port Ground from 4th-6th September 2015. The festival will have a lot of fun events to look forward to.

Kite Making Workshop for kids above 9 years of age, kite flying competition, kite exhibition, Rangoli contest and poem writing on kite.
